Booking Conditions

We require a 30% deposit to secure your requested dates. Balance to be paid 4 weeks before arrival date.
6 night minimum stay for Christmas and new year.
5 night minimum stay for school holidays.
3 nights minimum stay all other times

Payments are to be made to our account with booking name as reference.

Cancellation Policy: Deposit is refundable if cancelled within 7 days of booking.  No refund of deposit after 7 days.  If reservation is cancelled we will re-open the calendar and endeavour to re-book the cancelled dates. A refund in full provided we can fill the cancellation is given.

A cancellation fee of $150 is deducted from the refund.
